All donated items become property of the Philadelphia Sports Hall of Fame (PSHoF) as a permanent addition to the archives. Acquired items are 100% free of any encumbrances or stipulations for intended use. PSHoF maintains full discretion on utilization of donated items including but not limited to public display, archival storage, scholarly study or any other purpose deemed beneficial to PSHoF. At it’s discretion PSHoF may loan items to other accredited museums or similar institutions (but not private individuals) in support of defined exhibits that may benefit the Hall of Fame.
